Courtney created Holistic Escapes after her own turning point — burnout that became a quiet return to presence, intentional movement, and a slower, more conscious way of experiencing the world.
That return changed everything. And it became the philosophy behind every retreat she designs.
Over the past decade she has guided hundreds of guests across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Bali, Sumba and Byron Bay — each retreat built on the same foundation: movement that regulates, exploration that engages, and space that restores.
She holds qualifications in 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training, Pilates Mat, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, and Somatic Mind-Body Healing — and brings all of it into how she holds space on retreat.
