Holistic Escapes was founded by Courtney — retreat leader, yoga teacher, and advocate for travel that nourishes rather than depletes.
Her journey began with burnout and became a return to presence. That experience now shapes every retreat: intentional pacing, grounded leadership, and spaces that feel safe, expansive, and deeply considered.
